Kincumber Avoca all-rounder, Dylan Robertson capped of a fantastic season by being named the Alan Davidson Medallist as the 202/21 CCCA Cricketer of the Year. Robertson beat an outstanding field including Alisha Bates, Scott Burkinshaw, Tiegan Kavanagh, Alex Patterson and Adam Taylor.
It was a big night for Robertson who also was awarded the Male Representative Cricketer of the Year in front of a crowd of 180 guests held recently at the Central Coast Leagues Club.
Other major award winners on the night included Northern Power's Kelly Jolley who was named Volunteer of the Year for her efforts in the club raising over $20k for the McGrath Foundation. Paul Deaves won the prestigious Malcolm Chalmers Service to Cricket Award whilst close mates Glenn Rowlands and Greg Smith belatedly received their Life Membership badges after being grant the honour last year. Arthur Clifton, Mick Baker, Barry Olsen and Ross Steele were announced as this years Hall of Fame Inductees.
Special guests were former juniors Justin Avendano (Sixers BBL) and Lauren Smith (NSW WNCL & Thunder WBBL) whilst the BBL trophy won this year by the Sydney Sixers was also on display.
